Pix @ the PNE

This past weekend was pretty awesome! We hung out with great friends, I was surprised by my in-laws and was able to get my 24-70mm earlier than anticipated, and we went to the PNE to visit with Jame’s aunt and cousin.

The PNE is always great fun and since it was such a nice day I decided to take my camera and try out my new lens. People often ask “Why do you want this lens?” orWhat makes it so great?” Well, my answer is this….it is awesome…it produces SHARRRRRP images…it is awesome….it has a max. aperture of 2.8 which is great for low light situations AND it is awesome!  Maybe you guys can’t tell how awesome it is by looking at my pictures, but when I uploaded them I was very, very, very happy with them…I can totally see a difference!! YAY!!! So a big T-H-A-N-K-S to Pat and Garry for making it possible for me to get this lens sooner than later! :-)

Anyhoo…here are some shots I snapped. As you can tell a huge part of the PNE is the food. I am happy to report that Jame and I refrained from purchasing the overpriced, greasy, but I am sure DELICIOUS eats! Now that is will power!! :-)

Awesome photoz, as always! I have the equivalent canon lens and I adore it.

Is the PNE like the Stampede? How long does it last?

XOXO
