I cannot believe almost 3.5 weeks ago we were enjoying the heat and scenery in the Okanagan. I really, really love that place. Even though Jame wants to move there, I don’t think I could take the HOT summers and the COLD winters! IMHO it is a great place to get away for a lil’ vacay :)
I would have loved to stay longer than three days, but at least we were able to go at all. We were invited to Jamie’s cousin’s wedding and it was FANTASTIC! The weather was what you would expect a June day to be like and that Lake Okanagan….ahhh….LOVE IT!
Kelli and Ricky had a beach wedding and a casual, yet beautiful reception at a B&B overlooking the lake. It was so nice to attend the wedding and extra nice to see all of our relatives that we haven’t seen in a while!
The bride and groom obviously had their official photog and few other friends with sweet gear. I didn’t want to get in the way of anyone, but I definitely wanted to take a few for them to have. I also snuck them away during dinner to take a few shots, even though I am sure they were tired of having their picture taken ;) So THANKS for putting up with me you two :)
