A couple of weeks ago we went to Erin P's friend's house to take some photoz of her daughter Sarah and her son Morgan. Sarah was a great lil' model and Morgan (5 yrs.) cracked me up by running into the room with different superhero costumes on.
I have been battling the flu for a few days, so unfortunately these pix have been put on the back burner. I sucked it up today and decided to tackle them all so I could get the CD off to the family. I knew I still was not feeling up to snuff because of the MASSIVE error I made in post processing!! AARRRRRRGGGHHHH!!! This is the 2nd time I have done this!
Once I upload the photoz off my camera, I edit them in RAW format. Once I have selected the ones I want, I save them into a new folder as the pictures now change to JPEG format. Usually I copy the JPEGS I want and put them into another folder titled WEB. When I am ready to post the web versions, I open that folder and run the resize for web action in photoshop. Now I have 3 folders (RAW/JPEG/WEB).
Well...I was sooo not with it and cut the JPEGS and put them in the web folder, instead of copying them over. Since I cut them and already ran the resize action, all the JPEGS are now low in resolution and cannot be printed. Now I have to go back and re-edit all of them. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!! I thought I already learned once from my previous mistake, but obviously not. I so do not have the energy to go back and re-do them all. Especially since I am behind on editing 2 other family shot. Man oh Man!
