My First Shoot (well, sorta....)

Recently, Cheryl and I decided to put together a small site in the hopes that some people would be willing to take us up on our offer of taking their photos for free. Last weekend we spend ALL day getting some shots together and put together a new blog: www.friendzandphotoz.wordpress.com

We have had some interest and today was our first "official shoot". Cheryl's friend Erin and her gorgeous daughter Danica were our first clients :) Danica is 7 months old and was such a great lil' model.

I must say that I was very happy with the pictures I took. I think the 50mm prime lens that Jamie got me for Christmas really helped out :)I am learning more and more everyday. Here is where I would like to give a big shout-out to my partner in crime (Cheryl) who has been extremely patient with me and all my questions! THANKS RED!!!

Even though I snapped away and took 100 pictures in 45 minutes, I only managed to edit not even 1/4 of them! Ha ha ha ! That is how it goes in this biz I guess!
