Hello Everybody!!

I am here in Japan too even though you haven’t heard from me yet. Sara has been doing an excellent job with this blog and has enjoyed keeping everyone up to date. She has been trying to get me to write ever since we arrived but I can be very stubborn! I finally agreed to write? blog? I don’t know what you call it but here it goes.

In the last entry we broke the news that we are coming back home mid August.

Yes Steve, I am sorry too that you will be looking for another pong partner for this summer especially with Rich hungry for some redemption.

Sara mentioned a bunch of trips that we will be enjoying before we come home and we actually just booked Thailand today!!

There was one trip left out and it is this trip that gives me cause to write this entry. I sent out an e-mail quite some time ago to most of the guys back home and asked them to represent at the local mountains this year during my absence and record breaking snowfall and asked for pictures to be sent my way…..I’m still waiting…..So I decided to take matters into my own hands. On March 4, I am off for a week of snowboarding in Hokkaido!!! I am so excited to see what this mecca for snowboarding has to offer and am looking forward to gliding through some Japanese champagne powder…or is that sake powder?? I hope to take some good pictures of the snow and the area and I’ll be sure to pass them on.

Hope everyone is having as much fun reading this blog as we are living it! And you never know, maybe it won’t be another six months before you hear from me again!
